According to the ABC News article, Being a Virtual Assistant Offers Women Flexibility: Virtual Employees Save Money on Taxes, Supplies, by Tory Johnson, "A virtual employee saves the company considerable costs: no need for office space, no payroll tax or benefits, and no equipment to maintain. Welcome to Virtually Here & Abroad!
Do you love it when a good plan comes together?
While we all enjoy the result of a project that ends well, rarely does it have the best outcome when administered single-handedly.
For many independent business professionals, working single-handedly is all you know because you have been the only one to do it all – working in the business and on it; not to mention, all of the administrative work. Whether you are a road warrior, working from a home office or between offices, you find it difficult to keep up, get ahead or break even.
As is likely, your work load is too small to justify a full office team, yet too big for you to successfully and profitably go it alone. If this sounds like you, then you are in the perfect position to benefit from partnering with me, a Virtual Assistant (VA).
Now that I've piqued your interest, start the ball rolling and integrate Virtual Assistance into your business lifestyle. Contact me to schedule a complimentary consultation.
What is Virtual Assistance
In my own words, and as is true to the industry, Virtual Assistance is the art, the science, the practice of providing remote administrative support to individuals who operate smaller scale businesses not requiring full in-house staff. Virtual Assistants focus on administrative tasks that don't require the professional's personal application. Essentially, the VA frees up time and resources so that professionals can proceed with passion and perform with precision.
Virtual Assistants are not to be confused with in-house office jobs of Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants and Secretaries. There is a stark difference. The following bullet points describe those differences.
Basically, the VA finds a way to accomplish tasks, projects and developments on behalf of you, the professional, as an amicable collaborator and chief administrative officer. A right-hand, a go-to and one who works their angle of your business as if it was their very own - this is a Virtual Assistant.
Understanding the value of Virtual Assistance can be capsulized as a store owner who uses his or her showroom to store clutter. After the clutter is removed and replaced with product, the value of the showroom increases and they subsequently make more money, accomplishing their goals. Such is the direct and indirect value that a Virtual Assistant brings to the table.
This value can be seen and felt immediately! The wisdom of replacing the grind breeds prosperity and breathes life into your:
You will then be able to focus on challenges within your business and engage a sharper focus to items needing attention. What’s the result of all of this?
At Virtually Here & Abroad Virtual Assistance, I offer comprehensive tools and services enabling professionals to evaluate how much time is spent on administrative tasks. I will then work with you to discover a better way. Depending on where you are at, I can show you how to double, triple or even quadruple the amount of time that you spend on administrative tasks in a given week. By example, if you and I discover that 15 hours a month is spent working on non-core administrative tasks such as booking travel, scheduling events, manipulating spreadsheets and preparing for mass mailings – then that much more time will be freed up for core revenue generators.
So the question is what can you do with 10, 15, 20 or more hours of increased time added to your schedule per month? The following are just a few suggestions, but I bet that you can come up with more.
Clients that Virtually Here & Abroad service are independent professionals, small business owners and solopreneurs. You may be the owner or founder of your operation; an author, attorney, executive coach, Realtor® – just to name a few.
I also work as a liaison with domestic clients who have international networks needing administrative support; both US based companies with international offices and international companies with US based offices.
Typical clients that I service are established, in session, progressive, not start-ups. In addition to having a Virtual Assistant, they may already have a small staff of subject matter experts, an answering service, or they go it alone.
By personality my clients are results oriented professionals who set goals and attain them. They are influential, honest and straightforward in their business approach and practices. They are dreamers who need a builder; contemplators who need a producer; movers who need a shaper.
